Manufacturing Roadmap
Phase 1 — Assembly & Platform Integration (Current)
• UAV assembly using approved, non-consumer components
• Validation of proprietary frame and motor designs
• Small-batch production for testing and pilot programs
• Establishment of QA, documentation, and traceability
Objective:
Operational readiness and design validation.
Phase 2 — Localized Component Manufacturing (In Progress)
• Transfer of carbon fiber frame manufacturing to Australian CNC facilities
• Localization of motor production (stators, rotors, winding, assembly)
• Development of in-house assembly tooling and jigs
• Supplier qualification and process control
Objective:
Reduce external dependency and secure supply chain.
Phase 3 — Electronic Stack Development
• Development of proprietary flight controller and ESC stack architecture
• Controlled firmware and hardware lifecycle management
• Preparation for NDAA-aligned and defence procurement frameworks
Objective:
Establish core electronic IP and system independence.
Phase 4 — Full Platform Manufacturing
• End-to-end production of UAV platforms in Australia
• Integration of proprietary mechanical and electronic subsystems
• Scalable production for government and industrial programs
Objective:
Sovereign, vertically integrated UAV manufacturing capability.
Growth & Investment Strategy
Bee Sting Robotics follows a controlled multi-industry expansion model.
Rather than external dilution of the core platform business, the company plans to establish separate, fully controlled subsidiaries under the Bee Sting Robotics group structure.
Future Investment Sectors
The company is open to strategic investors and partners in the following controlled industries, each operating as a dedicated entity:
Semiconductor & Electronics Manufacturing
• UAV-specific microelectronics and control boards
• Secure and lifecycle-controlled production
• Long-term capability development
Brushless Motor Manufacturing
• Industrial and UAV-grade brushless motors
• Full motor production: stators, rotors, winding, assembly
• Export-ready and defence-aligned manufacturing
Carbon Fiber CNC Manufacturing
• Precision CNC cutting and machining of carbon fiber
• UAV frames and structural components
• In-house quality control and material traceability
Each sector will operate as a separate investment vehicle, while remaining strategically and operationally aligned with Bee Sting Robotics as the parent company.
Investor Model
• Investors participate at the industry or subsidiary level, not the core IP
• Bee Sting Robotics retains system architecture control
• Clear governance, reporting, and exit structures
• Focus on long-term industrial value, not short-term exits
This structure ensures:
• protection of core technology
• scalable growth across multiple industries
• reduced operational and regulatory risk
